Business Plan Development – Enterprising Minehead

Buckman Associates Ltd supported West Somerset Council to prepare a Business Plan for the Enterprising Minehead project. The Enterprising Minehead project is an ambitious programme of activity designed to revitalise Minehead’s visitor economy and create a long term legacy from the Hinkley Project.

In developing this business plan, we worked closely with staff from West Somerset Council and their contractors to develop the project elements, identify costs and benefits and prepare the case for intervention.  The business plan brought together, as a cohesive whole, a number of project elements in a robust and sustainable plan for activity, which was submitted by West Somerset Council as part of a bid for Hinkley Community Impact Funding.
