ERDF Bid – Innovation in Healthy Ageing

In association with Southern Horizons (UK) Ltd, Buckman Associates supported Devon County Council through both the outline and full application process for ESIF funding (ERDF).  The project involved working with a small group of project partners (Plymouth University and SW Academic Health Science Network) to develop a project that responded to a number challenges and opportunities around the impact of ageing populations.

The team worked with the partners to develop a clear customer journey, identifying partner roles and responsibilities as well as developing detailed cost and output profiles according to ERDF requirements.  The team drafted a strong strategic case for the intervention, referencing key national and local policies and evidence as well as working closely with Devon County Council, as the accountable body to demonstrate that its processes and systems were ERDF compliant.
