Strategy and Plan Development

Buckman Associates Ltd provides an inclusive, evidence-based strategy and planning service to clients across the UK. We support strategy development at all levels from LEPs and Combined Authorities to local community-based initiatives such as LEADER or Coastal Communities Fund. We also have an extensive track record of supporting rural economic development through work with Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, the SW Rural Productivity Commission as well as LEADER projects.

Our work is informed by a thorough analysis of qualitative and quantitative evidence to ensure priorities are evidence based. As well as agreeing priorities we work closely with partners to develop a clear action/delivery plan to take forward the plan.
